Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Field Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our services across Gujarat, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales through field activities. You’ll represent Saunak Films in the market, ensuring our products and services reach the right audience while delivering high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and travel across Gujarat to identify potential clients such as government offices, police stations, and hotels, along with business opportunities in the event production industry
• Approach and meet potential clients to promote our services, including video streaming, photography, webcasting, etc.
• Approach skilled cameramen, videographers, and technicians for event production across various districts in Gujarat.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Organize and participate in promotional events and activities.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team about customer needs and trends.
• Maintain a professional image and promote the company’s brand at all times.
• Report to the Director about daily activities, sales performance, and market trends.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Must graduate in marketing and sales (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in marketing or sales (fieldwork experience is must).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must open to travel across Gujarat.
• Familiarity with ERP CRM software is a plus.
