About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, coordinating recruitment processes, and helping the right candidates find the right roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with posting job openings on various job portals and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates and provide timely communication throughout the process
Maintain candidate databases and update tracking sheets regularly
Help draft job descriptions and recruitment-related communication
Support in onboarding selected candidates (document collection, joining formalities)
Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate experience
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Up to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internships count!)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals like Linkedin,APNA, etc.
Ability to handle multiple openings and prioritize tasks
Friendly, organized, and passionate about hiring the right talent
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Experience with LinkedIn recruitment or campus hiring
